Admission Process

NEW ADMISSION for the  A.Y. 2025-26  will commence /open from Friday 25th  October, 2024 and closes on Thursday, 15th May, 2025 at 3.30 pm.

We the management committee of Divine Education Society on this day have revised the resolution passed on 25.10.2024 regarding the admission process for the academic year 2025-26 including process to procure application and submission of duly filled application.

The School Shall accept new admission for DELC (all three levels) and ICSE I-VIII only.

  • Application form will be issued to parents
  • Forms to be submitted with in four working days.

Necessary documents to be enclosed with Application.

  • Aadhar Card of Students (N/L/U Optional).
  • Aadhar Card of Parents (Both Father & Mother) Mandatory.
  • Birth Certificate of child (Mandatory).
  • Atleast 2 address proof of current address (mandatory).
  • Caste Certificate for I std and above (Mandatory).
  • Transfer Certificate (online TC with PEN Number) for II std and above (Mandatory).
  • Student 3 photos (Mandatory).
Admission Enquiry - 2025-26

Age Criteria

  • 2 years – Playhome.

  • 3 years – Nursery.

  • 4 years – LKG.

  • 5 years – UKG.

  • 6 years – Ist STD.

  • Day Care Facility Available.

  • Primary: Child should be of 6 years age as on 1st of June for admission to Ist Standard.

The admission will open for all prospective student from the month of October. The number of openings may vary class to class.

Application forms are available at Divine school office on all working days from 9:30Am – 4:30PM.

Parental Concession and teacher’s concession are provided. Kindly visit office to know more.

Modes Of Payment Accepted

  • Cash : If the school is open, cash payments are accepted in the school accounts office. Please render exact change at the counter.
  • Cards : All major bank debit/credit cards payments are accepted in the school office. Extra charges will be applicable.
  • Online Payments : Online payments through the School Element App are also accepted by the school. Payment gateway charges may be applicable.
  • UPI Payments : All major UPI Payments will be accepted in school accounts office.
  • Cheque, D.D & NEFT : Cheques and DD are also accepted by the school. They should be in the name of ‘Divine Education Society’. If the cheque given by the parentis is bounced, then a fine of Rs. 600/- will be levied. NEFT Details can be availed in the school accounts office.
  • The Aforementioned instalment dates will be same and valid for all the modes of payment.
  • All modes of payments will be open to parents only after a signed copy of ‘TERMS AND CONDITION –School Fees 2025-26’along with ‘NO DUE CERTIFICATE’is submitted to school office.
